Exhibitors must send their stand plans to the EXPO APPROVALS team no later than July 10, 2026.

Policies and Procedures for Exhibitor Appointed Contractor
Stands (built by you)
As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.
If you are working for an exhibitor, as the nominated contractor you will be responsible to:
- Prepare a custom stand design.
- Organizing the onsite stand build and dismantle.
- Work together with others to ensure health and safety.
The essential areas to assist you are listed within this section to help plan and organize the job without unnecessary risk.

On behalf of the Dubai Airshow team, BLG Event Management will be overseeing the indoor space only stand review process. This independent review process has a set fee of US$250 per stand for non-complex stands and US$700 for double deck stands and any complex structures over 4m height.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS
In line with our work to make our events as sustainable as possible we will be introducing a deposit system for all CONTRACTORS of Space only stands for Labelexpo Europe 2025.
Please see below the charge per stand (this is dependent on stand size).
