PERFORMANCE BOND - Security Deposit Regulations
To ensure smooth delivery of stand build, all stand contractors (or exhibitors building their own stand) are required to submit a refundable security deposit for each stand they are delivering prior to arrival onsite for buildup. Access to the halls to commence build will not be granted if the security deposit is not submitted. Security deposit submission deadline 03 November 2025.

Exhibitors and their appointed stand contractors are expected to produce a professionally built custom stand with a high level of finish and safety compliance and one that is in line with the high-quality, professional nature of the event. Permission to Build is only authorization to start building the stand - regular checks will be made on each stand to ensure the appropriate use of materials, structural integrity, etc. If our safety advisors / onsite floor managers are concerned about the above in any way, the organisers reserves absolute right to terminate any stand construction.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to examine the area and site allocated to them in order to avoid costly adjustments to stand structures. Where possible the Organisers will provide on request detailed stand plots indicating the position of service ducts and pillars. Minor obstructions or height restrictions cannot always be indicated on the plans of the exhibition.
Stand fitting regulations contained within this section must be observed when planning stand design and layout.
Double Deck Stands
Double Deck stand must be booked and paid for directly with the relevant Account Manager. No foundations may be drilled into the floor and suitable anchorage must be installed. Double Deck stands are only permitted on island sites unless prior approval from the Organisers is obtained. All double deck stands are classified as complex structures and must abide by the same regulations. Click to download Double Deck Stands - Additional Rules & Guidelines.
Complex Structures
A complex structure is any form of construction of any height, which would normally be designed by an engineer and/or has, through a risk assessment, been found to provide significant risk. Structures that are 4m in height or above, multi-level stands, raised platforms and all suspended items are considered to be complex structures.
- Structure above 4-meters height: require submitting structural calculations stamped by an Engineer/ Company; with author of the calculations, title, and date of drawing & full contact details
- Hanging structure: require submitting structural calculations, load calculations, technical drawing, rigging points layout with materials to be use, and support details on how to connect the hanging banner/structure to the truss. (copy to submit to rigging team)
- There will be an exposure fee for hanging banners in addition to the rigging charges.
- The trim height for all signage banners at the show is 6m (meaning the underside of all signage banners must be trimmed at 6m). For rigged stand design elements, these will be reviewed and assessed on a stand-by-stand basis.
- Rigged banners should have a clear 1m distance from the neighbouring stands' partition walls (where applicable).
- Banners can be positioned up to the edge of your stand, if on an aisle, including any arm lights or similar structure.
- Go to Suspensions / Rigging section for more details.
All space only stands are subject to a pre-show plan approval and on-site inspection by our structural engineers. All stand designs will be subject to the resident & independent engineer’s inspection with an administration fee of US$250 for non-complex stands and USD$700 for all double deck and complex stands.
Please note permission to enter the exhibition premises and commence construction will not be permitted without the full approval of the structural engineer and receipt of signed contractors undertaking form. Stand build progress will be monitored continually by on-site health & safety officers who reserve the right to halt stand build progress should any issues arise. The Organisers reserve the right to deny access and prevent work being carried out by, or on behalf of, any exhibitor who has not submitted stand design drawings in accordance with the regulations.
