Policies and Procedures for Exhibitor Appointed Contractor
You are required to notify FERN via their online form ONLY if you are planning to have an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor install and/or dismantle your exhibit. Please refer to the following terms for Policies and Procedures. Please click below to complete the form and view policy details via your FERN Exhibitor Kit.
Pre-registration for contractors is available starting August 1st.
Additionally, you may pre-register contractors for easy check-in and badge collection onsite. Contractor badges are intended for setup and teardown personnel ONLY and will not be permitted on the floor during show days, August 17-20.
Make sure to register your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor and Booth Staff before arriving onsite. All visitors will be required to check in at the registration desk with a valid photo ID.
