Stands (Built by you) 

As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space. 

If you have booked a Space Only stand you will need to order your own carpet, electrics, furniture, utilities and services using the order forms provided in the relevant sections of this portal.

Your stand design

To make your commitment to Better Stands and contribute to a more sustainable event, we request that your Space Only design be comprised of the following list of re-usable materials:

Show management approval is required for all stand and booth structures exceeding 10 feet in height. Stand plans should be submitted no later than 31st July 2024.

BOOTH DESIGN & DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Pipe and drape is not provided or permitted on this show, refer to advice below.
