If you require lifting and fork lifting services or information on delivery, transportation and removal of exhibits please contact the official contractor DSV.  

The use of powered mechanical handling and access equipment is strictly controlled. The official on-site freight handlers & rigging contractor are the only persons authorized to operate lifting, access equipment and forklift trucks within the GPP 2026 site, in line with the venue health & safety regulations.

Informa Markets aims to minimize the risk of fraudulent activity for our customers. Be aware of third-party companies falsely offering discounted stands or visitor data. If you receive suspicious communications, contact us immediately on help@labelexpo.com.

Remember, we will never sell the data of our visitors or exhibitors. Anyone claiming to have this data is fraudulent.

Top types of scams to look out for:

Aerial Equipment / Drones: Drones are strictly prohibited.  

Animals on stands: Animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls for the duration of the tenancy except for guide dogs. During the stand build-up and dismantle period, no animals will be allowed on-site if deemed unsafe. Written requests must be submitted and approved by the operations Team. The organizer's decision is always final. 

A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Gulf Print & Pack marketing and PR use.

If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.

Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.

Dubai World Trade Centre has multiple car parks which will be available for exhibitors, sponsors and visitors and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, except for disabled parking. DWTC has an exhibitor parking package available which can be accessed via Event Plus linked below.  
 

To ensure a comfortable environment for all exhibitors and attendees noise levels must remain below 80 decibels and should not cause disturbance to neighbouring exhibitors or the public.  

In the event of a dispute regarding noise levels, the organizers’ decision is final.  

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the disconnection of stand power at the discretion of the organizers.  

Please ensure compliance to maintain a positive experience for all participants.   

Wired Internet and Wi-Fi can be ordered through DWTC via the below link. 

Wired Internet 
A computer or device with an RJ45 network interface is required to use DWTC wired internet connections. Internet lines are activated on the last day of build-up. Please advise your Event Planner if you require the service prior to this date.  

The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover is mandatory and should be against all risks, both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.  

The official travel agent, Elevate Tourism LLC can help with all accommodation, travel and regional enquiries. They are able to provide exhibitors with competitive rates for both accommodation and travel for GPP 2026.
