Gulf Print & Pack 2026 will take place at Sheikh Saeed Halls 1 & 2, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai.

Nearest airports 
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is only 10km from DWTC

Metro 
The station ‘Dubai World Trade Centre’ is on the Red Line within Zone 5. Trains run every 7 minutes and with options such as Park and Ride or feeder buses connecting various neighbourhoods to the metro. 

Hostex have been appointed to provide hospitality (temporary staff, interpreters and hostesses) to the stands. Please view the booking form below to book your temporary staff.

Rigging is only permitted above your space only stand, subject to a branding charge and must comply with the maximum rigging height of 6m from ground to the highest element of the structure. Rigging is only permissible for Space Only Stands. Permission will only be granted after written request to the exhibition organizers. 

All Rigging must be included in your stand design and approved by ESM the Stand Design approval team before ordering services.  

If you have booked a Shell Scheme stand (where the organizer provides the basic stand) package, you will receive the following:  

Shell Scheme Walls - Aluminium Sodem profile structure with white forex infill panels at overall height of 2.50 metre including 30 cm x 1.50 metre fascia 

• 1 x Arc table (black MT21) 
• 2 x ISO chairs (black MC12) 
• 1 x waste bin (MA10) 
• Grey Carpet 
• Nameboard with Company Name & Stand Number  

Electrical Package (per 9sqm) 

As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space. 

If you are working for an exhibitor, as the nominated contractor you will be responsible to: 

• Prepare a custom stand design.  
• Organizing the onsite stand build and dismantle.  
• Work together with others to ensure health and safety.

Floor plan
Gulf Print & Pack 2026 will publish a printed floor plan for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included are details of each exhibitor – who you are, what you do and how to find you on the show floor. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your floor plan listing will automatically update as well.
