Health, safety and security

Exhibitors must ensure that for health & safety reasons gangways are clear of all items, including stand fitting materials and exhibits during build-up and dismantle. 

Please be aware: Emergency gangways MUST be kept clear at all times. 

Consumption of alcohol during the event (build-up, open days and dismantle) is strictly forbidden.

If you have booked a Shell Scheme stand (where the organizer provides the basic stand) package, you will receive the following:  

Shell Scheme Walls - Aluminium Sodem profile structure with white forex infill panels at overall height of 2.50 metre including 30 cm x 1.50 meter fascia 

  • 1 x Arc table (black MT21) 
  • 2 x ISO chairs (black MC12) 
  • 1 x waste bin (MA10) 
  • Grey carpet 
  • Nameboard with company name & stand number

Compressed air

Exhibitors may not have their own generators or their own compressed air units on their stands.  If compressed air is required, it must be applied for no later than 3 March 2026 through the official contractor details below.  

Please note due to limited supply available in the hall, we recommend that you book compressed air by the deadline in order to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee to meet your exact requirements on orders issued after this date. 

Cleaning / recycling

It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to maintain their stand or pavilion and to make sure it is in a clean condition at all times. If you are a shell scheme exhibitor your stand will be delivered to you in a clean state in the readiness of the show opening. Any additional cleaning must be ordered.  

The venue (DWTC) will clean the general communal area of the exhibition grounds, buildings and internal aisles during the show. The cleaning of exhibits is the exhibitor’s responsibility.  

Badges / lead retrieval

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.  

The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).
 
Additional exhibitor badges can be requested via marketing@labelexpo.com should you exceed your limit.

Audiovisual

You can enhance the visual impact of your stand by using audiovisual equipment. Our AV contractors GES can supply you with monitors, laptops and much more. Early bird deadline for ordering 3 March 2026/ 13 March Last day for pre-orders.

Don't forget to advertise your presence at the show to your customers and prospects. Here are just a few ways that you can do it:

Onsite Floor Plan  
A display advertisement within the Floor Plan will increase visibility and help drive visitors to your stand. Each visitor will be given the Floor Plan to help them navigate around the show. 

Product Launches
The main reason why people visit Gulf Print & Pack is to see new products.
