If you require lifting and fork lifting services or information on delivery, transportation and removal of exhibits please contact the official contractor DSV.  

The use of powered mechanical handling and access equipment is strictly controlled. The official on-site freight handlers & rigging contractor are the only persons authorized to operate lifting, access equipment and forklift trucks within the GPP 2026 site, in line with the venue health & safety regulations. 

  
Stand build contractors and exhibitors are not permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment, for example: pallet trolleys, forklifts, cranes, tail lift trucks, etc. Any unauthorized lifting or access equipment will be removed from site. 
 
All courier shipments (up to 50 Kg / 0.3 CBM maximum) should be sent and addressed as follows: -

Please ensure that your exhibit materials are delivered and in place within the hall at least 2 hours prior to the official opening. No large exhibits can be brought to the hall after this time and will not be permitted. Small hand carried items only may be brought into the hall during show open hours. Any items requiring a trolley or pallet truck must wait until after the show has closed.  
 
Please ensure that anyone delivering goods to you knows your stand number and that they deliver them at an appropriate time when someone is on the stand to receive the goods.  Organizers are not able to accept deliveries on behalf of exhibitors.  This is especially applicable to courier services that require a signature; all couriers will be held within the reception building where exhibitors will have to meet them in order to sign and receive their delivery.  

Please note the LATEST DATES OF ARRIVAL for the following: 

- Sea freight FCL shipments to Dubai must arrive at Jebel Ali port by Wednesday 18th March 2026 at the latest. 
- Sea freight LCL shipments to Dubai must arrive at Jebel Ali port by Wednesday 18th March 2026 at the latest. 
- Airfreight shipments to Dubai must arrive in Dubai Airports by Monday 23rd March 2026 at the latest
