ACOUSTICAL REGULATIONS

Make sure to make your final payment as soon as possible.
Exhibitors who have not paid in full by time of arrival will not be granted access to the show floor.

Aerial Equipment / Drones: Drones are strictly prohibited.  

Animals on stands: Animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls for the duration of the tenancy except for guide dogs. During the stand build-up and dismantle period, no animals will be allowed on-site if deemed unsafe. Written requests must be submitted and approved by the operations Team. The organizer's decision is always final.

It is strictly prohibited to arrange any off-site factory visits and demonstrations through the course of the show.  Any buses deemed to be transporting visitors off site will be removed by the traffic police. 

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS 
In line with our work to make our events as sustainable as possible we will be introducing a deposit system for all CONTRACTORS of Space only stands for Labelexpo Europe 2025.  

 Please see below the charge per stand (this is dependent on stand size).

Back walls: All structural back walls of neighboring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 meters.
