Your stand design

To make your commitment to Better Stands and contribute to a more sustainable event, we request that your Space Only design be comprised of the following list of re-usable materials:

BOOTH SETUP HOURS 
Friday, August 15th -- 8am-6pm
Saturday, August 16th -- 8am-6pm

BOOTH TEARDOWN HOURS 
Wednesday, August 20th -- 1pm-10pm

(Exhibit badge pick-up begins at 9am on Friday, August 15th)

Policies and Procedures for Exhibitor Appointed Contractor

As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space. 

If you are working for an exhibitor, as the nominated contractor you will be responsible to: 

• Prepare a custom stand design.  
• Organizing the onsite stand build and dismantle.  
• Work together with others to ensure health and safety. 

The essential areas to assist you are listed within this section to help plan and organize the job without unnecessary risk. 

On behalf of the Dubai Airshow team, BLG Event Management will be overseeing the indoor space only stand review process. This independent review process has a set fee of US$250 per stand for non-complex stands and US$700 for double deck stands and any complex structures over 4m height.

You are required to notify FERN via their online form ONLY if you are planning to have an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor install and/or dismantle your exhibit. As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired raw space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS 
In line with our work to make our events as sustainable as possible we will be introducing a deposit system for all CONTRACTORS of Space only stands for Labelexpo Europe 2025.  

 Please see below the charge per stand (this is dependent on stand size).

STAND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS 

Back walls: All structural back walls of neighbouring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 metres.
