If you have booked a Space Only stand, you will need to order your own carpet, electrics, furniture, utilities and services using the order forms provided in the relevant sections of this portal.

LOUPE India 2026 will publish a printed floor plan for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included are details of each exhibitor – who you are, what you do and how to find you on the show floor. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your floor plan listing will automatically update as well.

Remember, we will never sell the data of our visitors or exhibitors. Anyone claiming to have this data is fraudulent. 

Top types of scams to look out for: 

MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT  - Machinery is defined as machines and equipment manufactured or distributed by an exhibitor and placed in a position comparable to an actual industrial installation.

Machinery must be set back by 1m from the main aisle and 1m from any cross (side) aisle in the hall.
