Mains supply to space-only sites and build-up power is not included and must be ordered prior to the exhibition. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.   

If you require power during the build-up, please order this through Third Wave Services, as they are the ones permitted to carry out electrical installations.  

The organizer has appointed a cleaning contractor to clean the passages and other areas in the exhibition halls, to collect waste from the waste baskets and to dispose of rubbish. 

If you need cleaning services for your stand, India Expo Mart can provide this service. Please download the order form and return no later than 1 November 2026. 

The hall gangways will be cleaned before the show opens and each evening. 

Exhibitor badges 

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.  

The number of badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm).  

Additional exhibitor badges can be requested via marketing@loupe-global.com should you exceed your limit. 

You can enhance the visual impact of your stand by using audio-visual equipment. Our AV contractor Creative Events & Media Services can supply you with monitors, laptops and much more.
