Exhibitor Badges - Badge portal coming soon!
All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.
The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).
Additional exhibitor badges can be requested via marketing@labelexpo.com should you exceed your limit.
Leads
Collect the details of visitors you meet at the show by scanning their badges with our official lead retrieval app, Visit Connect.
You will automatically have a certain number of lead retrieval app licenses as part of your show package. You can increase the number you have by upgrading your package or simply ordering more licenses below. (Please note you can only buy additional scan app licenses if you have a package that is Gold, Silver or Bronze.)
Contractor badges and access
All contractors must be registered for their badge through DWTC Contractor+ portal.
It is a compulsory online accreditation system that allows you to obtain Digital Contractor & Vehicle Passes online. Only digital passes are accepted to access Al Warsan holding area and DWTC exhibitions halls during build up and stand dismantle.
Each contractor company will have to register each of their staff on the portal for their contractor pass. A vehicle pass will need to be registered via the portal to gain access to Al Warsan holding area before heading to the venue loading bays.
Deadline to submit your staff and vehicle details is one week prior to build up of the show.

Update on Contractor and Vehicle Online Pass Fees
From 1st January 2025, contractors and drivers will be charged AED 30 per day, per trip, for digital access to the Al Warsan Holding Area, Dubai Exhibition Centre Holding Area, Dubai World Trade Centre, and Dubai Exhibition Centre service yards. Payments will be made online through the Contractor+ Portal as part of the digitalization of contractor and vehicle passes.
