Shell scheme:
If you have booked a Shell scheme stand (where the organizer provides the basic stand) package, you will receive the following electrical package:  

Electrical Package (per 9sqm) 

• 3 x 35w Halide spotlights  
• 1 x standard British square 3 pin Electrical socket (Maximum of 500warrs power supply will be provided per stand) 

Space only:
Mains supply to space only sites and build up power is not included and must be ordered prior to the exhibition. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.  

If you require power during the build-up, please order this through GES as they are the ones permitted to carry out electrical installations. 

When completing the Electrical Order Form show the location of the items clearly on the grid plan, if you haven’t submitted a grid plan your electrics will be placed at the discretion of the electricians, if you require these to be moved you will be charged.  

Early bird deadline for exhibitor orders (all GES services) – 3rd March 2026 

Cut-off date for exhibitor orders (all GES services) – 13th March 2026 

Orders placed after 13th March 2026 will be processed onsite during build up. 
 

General lighting is provided in the hall but is not powerful enough to provide adequate stand illumination.  Exhibitors are advised that specific illumination of their stands is considered essential to achieve an effective display. For additional lighting please order this through GES.  

Please note that electrics to stands are switched on 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the exhibition, please contact the official contractor Global Experience Specialists (GES) to arrange 24-hour power, should you need it.
