To enter DWTC’s loading bay, contractors need to purchase Vehicle Passes and also report to Al Warsan Holding Area to be assigned a time slot and issued a queuing token. Temporary staff including hostess, promoters and models can be hired with our reccommend Staff Agency.
All Temporary staff must have a valid work permit when working at a show failing to provide a permit upon random spot checks by local authorities will result in a penalty. It is your responsibility to ensure your staff have the required documentation, we recommend using the Official Temporary Staff Agency who are aware of the local legislation.
All temporary stand staff must have an exhibitor badge.
Events are an important and valuable global industry playing a vital role in connecting people from across the world so they can share knowledge, build relationships and do business.
But they also leave behind an enormous environmental impact, both in terms of carbon emissions and waste. At the heart of this footprint is the disposable stand, which is often made from poor-quality materials, is hazardous to construct, and cannot be re-used.
Rigging is only permitted above your Space Only stand and must comply with the trim height of 6m (meaning the bottom of the banner to the floor must be at 6M).
Rigging is only permissible for Space Only Stands. Permission will only be granted after a written request to the exhibition organizers. All Rigging must be included in your stand design and approved by the Operations Team before ordering services.
