LOADING BAY ACCESS INFORMATION (For Contractors)

To enter DWTC’s loading bay, contractors need to purchase Vehicle Passes and also report to Al Warsan Holding Area to be assigned a time slot and issued a queuing token. The token/vehicle pass will need to be presented at the DWTC loading bay for access. Detailed information on how to purchase badges can be found in the Contractor + Portal - Assign Badges .pdf file.

Important: Contractor Badges and Vehicle Passes need to be digitally purchased and assigned on the DWTC Contractor+ Portal.
This must be done prior to the build-up/ set-up day as the process takes time.

Onsite registration is no longer available at the venue. Badges/passes must be purchased prior to build-up or breakdown, so contractor badges are approved and issued in time.

Each Vehicle accessing through the loading bay must have a Vehicle Pass assigned to it.

If you are bringing brochures, pull up banners or posters, these can be brought in from the private car parks via the main exhibition entrance.  For furniture or larger items, access from the loading bay is required.

Should you have any questions, please reach out to the DWTC Accreditation Team at AccreditationLiaison@dwtc.com / Hotline: +971 (0)4 306 4816.
