Now in its 19th edition, the world class GESS brand is going from strength to strength with events in Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, as well as a host of digital offerings. Whether you’re exhibiting at one of our events or simply looking to raise awareness of your brand, we’ve got options to suit all budgets.

You can download the GESS Dubai logo to use on your marketing materials - if you require another format (eps, png) please contact the marketing team. Use of the GESS Dubai logo should conform to the GESS brand guidelines which you can find out more about from the document below.

Shell scheme stands includes basic furniture package which includes the below:

•     1 x table (black)
•     2 x chairs (black)
•     1 x waste basket (black)
•     Grey carpet

Mains supply to Space Only stands and build up power is not included and must be ordered prior to the exhibition. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

For Shell Schemes & Start-up Stands, 500W power supply is included in their package. If stand requires power supply above 500 watts or 24hr continuous power, this can be ordered through GES. Please get in touch with GES for a quote.

LOADING BAY ACCESS INFORMATION (for Contractors)

To enter DWTC’s loading bay, contractors need to purchase Vehicle Passes and also report to Al Warsan Holding Area to be assigned a time slot and issued a queuing token. The token/vehicle pass will need to be presented at the DWTC loading bay for access.

To make your commitment to Better Stands and contribute to a more sustainable event, we request that your Space Only design be comprised of the following list of re-usable materials:

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) offers free Wi-Fi in the hall during the event. However, please note that the reliability and coverage of this service may vary depending on the number of users accessing it at any given time.
