Shell Schemes Exhibitors DO NOT have to obtain insurance as it's already included in their package.

The Space Only Contractor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover should be against all risks both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.
Contractors are fully responsible for obtaining Public Liability Insurance to value of USD2,000,000.

Cleaning at DWTC is exclusively provided by the venue. Exhibitors and contractors are not permitted to bring in their own cleaning companies. However, stand contractors are allowed to clean the stand on completing the build as part of the handover to the client but bringing outside cleaners in on subsequent days is not permitted.

If you are a shell scheme exhibitor your stand will be delivered to you in a clean state in the readiness of the show opening.

Exhibitor Badge

All exhibitors at GESS Dubai need a badge to access the halls at GESS Dubai. You can register for your badges using our online badge form (Visit Platform) which can be accessed from the link below. (The registration link will go live 4-5 weeks prior to the event)

It’s not long now until GESS Dubai (10-12 November 2026) and as an exhibitor at the event we have several free tools for you to help promote your attendance at the event. LOADING BAY ACCESS INFORMATION (For Contractors)

To enter DWTC’s loading bay, contractors need to purchase Vehicle Passes and also report to Al Warsan Holding Area to be assigned a time slot and issued a queuing token. The token/vehicle pass will need to be presented at the DWTC loading bay for access. Detailed information on how to purchase badges can be found in the Contractor + Portal - Assign Badges .pdf file.
