All Temporary staff must have a valid work permit when working at a show failing to provide a permit upon random spot checks by local authorities will result in a penalty. It is your responsibility to ensure your staff have the required documentation, we recommend using the Official Temporary Staff Agency who are aware of the local legislation.
All temporary stand staff must have an exhibitor badge.
Rigging is only permitted above your Space Only stand and must comply with the trim height of 6m (meaning the bottom of the banner to the floor must be at 6M).
Rigging is only permissible for Space Only Stands. Permission will only be granted after a written request to the exhibition organisers. All Rigging must be included in your stand design and approved by the Operations Team before ordering services.

A strategic public relations programme, predominantly in Arabic and English, has been put into place and here are some recommendations on how to fully take advantage of it.
Exhibitor Questionnaire. ComCo MEA will be distributing an exhibitor questionnaire to gather meaningful and exciting stories worth adding to official press releases, newsletters and relevant marketing collateral
DWTC has car parks which will be available for exhibitors, sponsors and visitors and operate on a first-come, first served basis, except for disabled parking.

The limitations of noise levels at the venues must follow local authority legal requirements. If these are exceeded, exhibitors are subject to a fine. Reasonable noise levels are considered as a maximum of 80dB.
Any excessive noise that forms a part of an activity at the venue must be advised two weeks in advance of the event so that suitable measures can be taken to protect staff from the potential harm of excessive noise.
This section is designed to give you guidance & to assist you with your legal responsibilities to ensure the health, safety and welfare of you, your colleagues, and contractors, as well as everyone involved with the event. Please remember that failing to do so can lead to prosecution, other legal sanctions, and very significant financial penalties. More importantly, however, it may also lead to people being badly hurt, or worse. Please do not leave health and safety issues to the last minute. The earlier we have your information the better the support we can give you.
Please note that the Organiser (Informa Connect) have no copyright responsibility in respect of any exhibiting company. Exhibitors are reminded that third party copyrights should not be infringed. Proper dispensation must be obtained and any royalties due paid prior to the use of materials. Should any copyright dispute arise, the Organiser (Informa Connect) will not be liable for any resulting loss, or damages, sustained by any exhibitor or third part
Exhibitors may not have generators or compressed air units on their stands. If compressed air is required, it must be ordered through the official contractor GES.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY
DWTC holds the exclusive rights to all catering services within the complex. As per Dubai Municipality’s Hygiene and Food Safety regulations, they do not allow any food or beverage to be brought onto the premises from external sources.
