All exhibitors at GESS Dubai need a badge to access the halls at GESS Dubai. You can register for your badges using our online badge form (Visit Platform) which can be accessed from the link below. (The registration link will go live 4-5 weeks prior to the event)

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.
The number of badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm).
Additional exhibitor badges can be requested via [email protected] should you exceed your limit.

Exhibitor badges
All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event. The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 100 square feet of space booked). Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered in the Visit Connect badge portal.

In order to receive a badge, you must register yourself and each staff member using a unique email address. Make sure to register your booth staff by Friday, August 15 in order for them to receive a badge and access show site.

Contractor Badges
DWTC has implemented a centralized system called Contractor Plus portal (Contractor+). https://contractorplus.dwtc.com/shop/
In order to receive a badge, you must register yourself and each staff member using a unique email address.

2. Click Team from the menu on the left
3. Click Add staff to begin registration
