Exhibitor Badge

All exhibitors at GESS Saudi Arabia need a badge to access the halls at GESS Saudi Arabia. You can order your badges using our online badge form which can be accessed on the link below.

Contractor Badges

Each contractor must present a valid form of ID (Iqama or Passport) to enter the venue. They will be given a badge without any charges from the security office. This badge needs to be returned.

Loading Bay
Contractor(s) shall adhere to the given timing or schedule when doing Set Up & 
Teardown. Should teardown exceed the scheduled time, an extension fee will be 
imposed. 
 

Lead Retrieval

Options for lead retrieval are included in the show promotional packages which are outlined on your landing page. You can scan QR codes on attendees’ badges and instantly receive contact information as well as demographics collected during registration. You can add your questions, voice memos, photos and notes.
