Exhibitor Badge Registration: 
All exhibitor and contractor badges must be registered through your Exhibitor Dashboard. Once logged in, select the “Apply for your badges” link to access the badge registration portal.

Through this portal, you will be able to:

  • Register badges for your team members
  • Register contractor badges for stand builders and service providers
  • Send Visitor Promo Codes to invite your guests to the event free of charge
  • Monitor the status of badge approvals and registrations

 

Activity Details
Exhibitor & Contractor badges available for print-at-home Once approved, exhibitor and contractor badges can be downloaded and printed directly from the badge portal.
Visitor & Media badges available for print-at-home Visitors and accredited media will be able to download and print their badges once registration and vetting are complete.
Priority badge upgrades available Exhibitors can upgrade their badges using the Priority Badge add-on. This upgrade is permanent and provides priority access.
Priority badge upgrade note Upgrading to a Priority Badge does not affect the vetting process or approval status.
Collect plastic Priority badges onsite Exhibitors with Priority Badge upgrades can collect their physical priority badges at the venue.
Early arrival guidance If you arrive before Priority badges are available for collection, you may use your printed exhibitor badge to access the venue and collect your plastic Priority badge later.
Parking passes and bus drop-off passes Exhibitors can collect Priority parking passes and bus drop-off passes onsite where applicable.
Contractor maintenance access Contractors requiring access during restricted periods may need to add the Essential Maintenance Add-on to their contractor badge.
Student badges Approved student attendees will be able to download their badges via print-at-home.

 

Lead Retrieval

Capture Valuable Visitor Leads

The MEBAA Show Lead Capture & Retrieval service allows exhibitors to easily collect and manage visitor information during the event.

This service is available through the official MEBAA Show Mobile App, which will be available on both Apple and Android devices approximately one month before the event.

Using the app, exhibitors can:

  • Scan visitor badges to capture lead information
  • Schedule meetings with attendees
  • Store and manage contacts during the show
  • Export leads after the event for follow-up


We recommend completing your exhibitor profile within the app once it becomes available, as this will increase your visibility to attendees and help facilitate meeting opportunities.
