Car Park and Drop-Off passes are now available for collection from the Exhibitor 'Collection Desk' in the registration building.
It is important that you collect these passes by the 16 November, as if you arrive on the 17 November without a parking or drop off pass you will not be able to enter the carparks and your vehicle will be re-directed to off-site parking.

Exhibitors are requested to keep the noise level below 55 decibels on music systems, audiovisual displays, amplifiers, videos, display machinery, live demonstrations etc. and must not cause disturbance nor interfere with normal conversation on neighbouring stands and/or the public. Any excessive noise emitted within the venue must not be of a noise level that prevents you from hearing any emergency announcements.
In the case of a dispute, the organizers’ decision is always final.

FREE WiFi is available in the hall during the event, its coverage is dependent on the number of users and is limited to basic internet browsing with no commitment to speed and performance. Exhibitors may order a more consistent connection for their stand through the official supplier.
Please note that phone lines will not be available to Pavilions on the static park. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a communication link between the stands and the chalets, each individual point will be provided with a separate line.
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for damage to stands or loss of property on any stand or anywhere else at the exhibition, or during its delivery/removal from the building for any reason whatsoever. The organisers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties.

It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors, and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE. An accident onsite may prove costly; please make sure that you and/or your stand contractor has adequate insurance cover.
