Sustainability is increasingly important to event attendees – Around 80% of the typical event participants tell us so. We also know it’s increasingly important to our exhibitors like you, who are looking to protect and enhance your brand.
Exhibiting at our event gives you the opportunity to highlight your company’s sustainability credentials and align with an event that champions sustainability and protects your reputation.
All rigging within the venue must be carried out by the official supplier – Unusual Rigging. Banners must not project onto the aisles or a neighbouring stand and must be hung within the perimeter of your stand.
The trim height for all signage banners at the show is 6m (meaning the underside of all signage banners must be trimmed at 6m). For rigged stand design elements, these will be reviewed & assessed on a stand-by-stand basis.

First Time Exhibitors Stand
On behalf of the Dubai Airshow team, BLG Event Management will be overseeing the indoor space only stand review process. This independent review process has a set fee of US$250 per stand for non-complex stands and US$700 for double deck stands and any complex structures over 4m height.

Official Show Guide
The MEBAA Show Guide delivers essential event information and exhibitor visibility through multi-channel distribution.
The digital version will be distributed via email and social channels, hosted on the MEBAA website, and integrated into the official mobile app.
Company Listings
All exhibitors receive a complimentary listing in the official Show Guide, including the company name, stand number, and chalet details.
DSV Fairs & Events and Airlink International are the official freight partners and will be the only companies authorized to perform any onsite mechanical handling in the hall. Stand build contractors and exhibitors will not be permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment. Any unauthorized lifting or access equipment will be removed from site.
