Electricity is NOT included in the space only stand package. Electrical mains & power supply requirement must be ordered through the official supplier – GES. The Organiser (Informa) accepts no copyright responsibility for exhibiting companies.
Exhibitors must ensure:
- No third-party copyright is infringed
- All relevant permissions are secured
- Royalties are paid prior to material usage
In the event of a copyright dispute, the Organiser (Informa) shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by exhibitors or third parties.
During build-up, contractors and exhibitors are required to maintain good standards of housekeeping and not obstruct corridors or emergency exits. Combustible waste must not be permitted to build up in the halls and must be removed regularly to a suitable disposal area. Any uncontrolled dumping of waste outside the bins they are allocated for is forbidden.
