Labelexpo Europe 2025 will publish a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included are details of each exhibitor – who you are, what you do and how to find you on the show floor. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your show guide listing will automatically update as well.
ILS has been appointed as the sole official lifting contractor for Labelexpo Europe.

Remember, we will never sell the data of our visitors or exhibitors. Anyone claiming to have this data is fraudulent.
Top types of scams to look out for:
It is strictly prohibited to arrange any off-site factory visits and demonstrations through the course of the show. Any buses deemed to be transporting visitors off site will be removed by the traffic police.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS
In line with our work to make our events as sustainable as possible we will be introducing a deposit system for all CONTRACTORS of Space only stands for Labelexpo Europe 2025.
Please see below the charge per stand (this is dependent on stand size).
A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Labelexpo marketing and PR use.
If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.
Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.
Our onsite photographer while be available to hire for your assistance at the show. More details to follow soon.
Underground parking for standard vehicles
Fira Gran Via provides underground parking facilities for vehicles up to 2.05 meters in height. These facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis to exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors, with the exception of designated disabled parking spaces. For your convenience, Parking C and Parking D will be accessible on-site. Please view the locations in the document linked below.

Noise level policy
To ensure a comfortable environment for all exhibitors and attendees noise levels must remain below 80 decibels and should not cause disturbance to neighbouring exhibitors or the public.
In the event of a dispute regarding noise levels, the organizers’ decision is final.
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the disconnection of stand power at the discretion of the organizers.
Please ensure compliance to maintain a positive experience for all participants.
It is a good idea to promote your presence at Labelexpo Europe 2025. Please add the Labelexpo Europe 2025 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases and email signatures.
We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission.
If your exhibits require internet access, IT services can be purchased through the Fira Store.
