Labelexpo Europe 2025

The general supply points for water, drainage and compressed air will be provided by Fira Gran Via. The installation of any other element in the stand (washbasin, sink, connection, etc.) must be contracted independently.  

Labelexpo Europe takes place at Fira Gran Via, one of the largest and best-connected exhibition centers in Europe.

Several transport options are available to and from Fira Gran Via. 

Metro – We are pleased to offer a 50% discount on metro travel during our show. The metro connects the entire city, including the airport, with a direct line (L9) to Fira (the closest stop to East Access). Discounted tickets can be purchased at the registration desk at Fira Gran Via East Access.

Taxi – A taxi rank will be located outside the East Access with connections to the airport and the city. 

Fira Gran Via have been appointed to provide hospitality (temporary staff, interpreters and hostesses) to the stands. Please visit Fira Store to book your temporary staff.

Rigging is permitted only for space only exhibitors. For shell scheme exhibitors, rigging is not allowed. Please refer to the following regulations to ensure compliance with the organizer and venue rigging regulations. 

No hanging structures are allowed for stands smaller than 30sqm.

Rigging is only permitted above your space only stand and max height is 6m to top of banner and truss can go slightly above this. For clarity, this is measured to the top of the truss, including any projections above it. Truss heights will be checked via laser measure.  

If you have booked a a) Shell Scheme or b) Package Stand you will receive the following: 

a) Shell Scheme includes walling / carpet / nameboard. 
b) Package Stand includes shell scheme walling/ carpet / nameboard / 1 x electrical outlet 500 watts / 3 x spotlights / 1 x table / 3 x chairs / lockable storage closet (1mx1m) / 1 x modular counter (1m x 1.5m) / waste basket / 1 x literature rack. 

As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired raw space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS 
In line with our work to make our events as sustainable as possible we will be introducing a deposit system for all CONTRACTORS of Space only stands for Labelexpo Europe 2025.

Labelexpo Europe 2025 will publish a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included are details of each exhibitor – who you are, what you do and how to find you on the show floor. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your show guide listing will automatically update as well.
