As an exhibitor, it is your responsibility to maintain your stand and make sure it is in a clean condition at all times. We have made arrangements for general cleaning of the halls and gangways; however, the cleaning of stands and exhibits is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
Food and Beverage Disclaimer
Any client wishing to use an outsourced caterer or supplier for providing food and beverage waives and releases any rights, actions, or claims against The Arena, its subsidiaries and affiliates, for any liabilities and damages, including illness, food-borne illness, and death, arising out of or in connection with the client’s use or consumption of any food and beverage or products provided by any catering service provider.
Note: Catering can be sourced from the venue as well.

All exhibitors at GESS Saudi Arabia need a badge to access the halls at GESS Saudi Arabia. You can order your badges using our online badge form which can be accessed on the link below. (The registration link will go live 4-5 weeks prior to the event)

To make your commitment to Better Stands and contribute to a more sustainable event, we request that your Space Only design be comprised of the following list of re-usable materials:
Shell Scheme Exhibitors DO NOT have to obtain insurance as it's already included in their package.
The Space Only Contractor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover should be against all risks both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.
Contractors are fully responsible for obtaining Public Liability Insurance to value of USD2,000,000.
