ALL STAND CONSTRUCTION AND EXHIBIT SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 17:00 ON SUNDAY 19 April. FAILURE TO MEET THESE DEADLINES WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY FEE. 

CONTRACTORS AND EXHIBITORS MUST WEAR HIGH-VIS JACKETS AND SAFETY SHOES DURING BUILD UP.

Wednesday 22 April 18:00 - 23:59 Breakdown period to begin (Contractors ONLY)
Thursday 23 April 00:00 - 14:00 All exhibits, stand fittings and waste must be cleared from the site

ALL EXHIBIT, STAND FITTINGS AND WASTE BE CLEARED FROM THE SITE BY 14:00 ON THURSDAY 23 APRIL. FAILURE TO MEET THIS DEADLINE WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY FEE.

It is important you remove your belongings from your stand prior to the start of the breakdown, as any loss of items or damage will be your responsibility.
