The limitations of noise levels at the venues must follow local authority legal requirements. If these are exceeded, exhibitors are subject to a fine. Reasonable noise levels are considered as a maximum of 80dB.
Any excessive noise that forms a part of an activity at the venue must be advised two weeks in advance of the event so that suitable measures can be taken to protect staff from the potential harm of excessive noise.

There is no free WIFI available at the venue. Each exhibitor is requested to arrange for their own internet connection if needed.

Mains supply to Space Only stands and build-up power is not included and must be ordered prior to the exhibition. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
For Safety and Liability reasons, the installation of electrical power onto stands may only be undertaken by Global Experience Specialists (GES) who will ensure that all connections are verified as safe below use.
Please note that the Organiser (Informa Connect) have no copyright responsibility in respect of any exhibiting company. Exhibitors are reminded that third party copyrights should not be infringed. Proper dispensation must be obtained and any royalties due paid prior to the use of materials. Should any copyright dispute arise, the Organiser (Informa Connect) will not be liable for any resulting loss, or damages, sustained by any exhibitor or third party
As an exhibitor, it is your responsibility to maintain your stand and make sure it is in a clean condition at all times. We have made arrangements for general cleaning of the halls and gangways; however, the cleaning of stands and exhibits is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
Food and Beverage Disclaimer
Any client wishing to use an outsourced caterer or supplier for providing food and beverage waives and releases any rights, actions, or claims against The Arena, its subsidiaries and affiliates, for any liabilities and damages, including illness, food-borne illness, and death, arising out of or in connection with the client’s use or consumption of any food and beverage or products provided by any catering service provider.
Note: Catering can be sourced from the venue as well.
Exhibitor Badge
All exhibitors at GESS Saudi Arabia need a badge to access the halls at GESS Saudi Arabia. You can order your badges using our online badge form which can be accessed on the link below.
Contractor Badges
Each contractor must present a valid form of ID (Iqama or Passport) to enter the venue. They will be given a badge without any charges from the security office. This badge needs to be returned.
