ALL STAND CONSTRUCTION MUST BE COMPLETED BY 17:00 ON MONDAY 09 NOVEMBER. EXHIBIT SET UP SHOULD ALSO BE COMPLETED BY 20:00HRS ON MONDAY 09 NOVEMBER. FAILURE TO MEET THESE DEADLINES WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY FEE.

Effective January 2026, all exhibitors accessing the hall during build-up and breakdown days must obtain a Digital Exhibitor Access Pass from DWTC, separate to the physical Exhibitor Badge for Open Days.

DWTC-issued Exhibitor Access Pass costs AED 30 per build-up / breakdown day per person.

Exhibitor Passes for Build and Breakdown access, Contractor and Vehicle Passes can be obtained from the DWTC-portal: Exhibitor, Supplier & Contractor Portal

Safety shoes are now mandatory for all staff, exhibitors, and visitors during the build-up and breakdown phases. Kindly be informed that PPE (safety vests and shoes) can be conveniently purchased on-site through the accreditation team. Safety vests are available for AED 15, and safety shoes for AED 65.

 

All contractors and exhibitors are reminded that they must design their stand to ensure it can be completed and dismantled within the published build-up and breakdown times. Your Build timings and slot for access on the first build day will be communicated closer to the event (Specifically for Space Only Stands), the build day will commence on the 09th of November till the 10th of November evening.

 

Please refer to the times above, should you wish to work past these hours please contact the Organisers Team in the organiser’s office, situated in the organiser’s office – Sheikh Saeed 1, before 14:00 on the day required to see if this is possible.

SPACE ONLY EXHIBITS:

STAND FITTINGS AND WASTE MUST BE CLEARED FROM THE SITE BY 16:00 ON FRIDAY 13 NOVEMBER.

 

SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITORS:

MUST REMOVE PRODUCT/DISPLAY BY 17:30 ON THURSDAY 12 NOVEMBER AS THE SHELL SCHEME WILL BE DISMANTLED AND PRODUCTS MAY BE DAMAGED / LOST.

FAILURE TO MEET THIS DEADLINE MAY RESULT IN A PENALTY FEE. ANYTHING LEFT IN THE HALL AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE TREATED AS WASTE

Dismantling Instructions

Please note that shell scheme stand holders must remove product/display by 17:30 on Thursday 12 November as the shell scheme will be dismantled and products may be damaged / lost.  If you are unable to do this, please contact the Organiser Office* to plan for the safe storage of your items.
