Water and waste

Water supply is not available within the exhibition hall or on the static park.

Please order your water and waste requirements through Matoshri, these are listed under Plumbing requirements on their ordering website and form linked below.

As an exhibitor, it is your responsibility to maintain your stand and make sure it is in a clean condition at all times. We have made arrangements for general cleaning of the halls and gangways; however, the cleaning of stands and exhibits is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

If you need water or waste on your stand, please order this through GES using their ordering website below. 

If you have not used the GES ordering website before, you will need to create an account.

Water supply is not available within the exhibition hall or on the static park.

Water and waste piping is available in certain areas of the hall only. If you require any piped services, please contact the Operations Team for assistance.

No Water and Waste 

The general supply points for water, drainage and compressed air will be provided by Fira Gran Via. The installation of any other element in the stand (washbasin, sink, connection, etc.) must be contracted independently.  

Water: Water and drainage can be ordered through PX Systems, please find the order form below. 

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors and contractors are responsible for the removal of all their waste after the show, leaving no exceptions. You will be charged for any leftover waste items.
