Waste Management

Water supply is not available within the exhibition hall or on the static park.

Water and waste piping is available in certain areas of the hall only. If you require any piped services, please contact the Operations Team for assistance.

Please order your water and waste directly from GES; to place an order you will need to create an account with them directly.

Cendrawasih Hall and Lobby are not provided with water panel, compressor panel and drainage panel. We do not reccomend Exhibitor to have a display and demo equipment that requires water, compressor and drainage.

All exhibitors and contractors must ensure that they do not discard sharp objects and must ensure that nails and screws are not left sticking out of waste wood – these must be removed or hammered flat. The Organisers are committed to ensuring that the exhibition is as environmentally responsible as possible. Please help us by keeping waste to a minimum, recycling waste where possible and reporting any incidence of fly tipping to the Organiser. If you are a shell scheme exhibitor, your stand will be delivered to you in a clean state in the readiness of the show opening.

GES has been appointed as the official water and waste contractor and you can order their services by completing the order form using the link below. 

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors and contractors are responsible for the removal of all their waste after the show, leaving no exceptions. You will be charged for any leftover waste items. 

All common areas must always be kept unobstructed.  

All exhibits must be kept within the confines of the stand space and demonstrations must not cause undue congestion and/or obstruction of common areas.
