Non-official contractor badge type holders will not have access to the site or venue unless they are in possession of an ‘Essential Maintenance Add-on’ alongside their contractor badge. Same procedure applies during show open days. For badge allocation and prices, go to ‘Badges / Lead Retrieval’ section or contact the organisers for assistance. |

All indoor exhibits, stand fittings and waste must be cleared from the exhibition hall by 18:00 on Saturday 12 Dec. All outdoor exhibits, chalet fittings, pavilions and waste must be cleared from the outdoor areas and static area by 18:00 on Tuesday 15 Dec. Any items left in these areas after the specified times will be treated as waste. |

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE. An accident onsite may prove costly, please make sure that you and / or your stand contractor has adequate insurance cover.
