If you have booked a basic shell scheme stand, you will receive the following: 

• Carpet (light grey) 

• White wall panels 

• Fascia nameboard 

• 1x round table 

• 3x chairs 

• 1x white lockable counter 

• 1x literature stand 

• 3x LED spotlights 

• 1x socket 

• 1x waste bin 

Please note that quantities vary depending on the size of the stand. Please view the shell scheme visual document below.  

Please complete the form below, specifying the nameboard details you require, by 18 October 2026.  If this is not completed, the name will be taken from our records, and we cannot guarantee that it will be correct. 

Any corrections to a name board on site will be charged.
