Shell Schemes Exhibitors DO NOT have to obtain insurance as it's already included in their package.

The Space Only Contractor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover should be against all risks both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

Contractors are fully responsible for obtaining Public Liability Insurance to value of USD2,000,000.

The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover is mandatory and should be against all risks, both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.  

The organisers cannot accept responsibility for damage to stands or loss of property on any stand or anywhere else at the exhibition, or during its delivery/removal from the building for any reason whatsoever. The organisers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties.

Exhibitors and stand contractors must submit a valid certificate of insurance to the organisers. This insurance policy must include/cover the following:

Your stand insurance is included as part of your participation contract (part of the admin fee). The insurance is activated upon payment of your contract which enables the benefit of the Extended Cover described below.
