Insurance

The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover is mandatory and should be against all risks both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

You must provide a copy of your insurance policy and be insured for Public Liability to a minimum level of $2,000,000. Please submit it to help@labelexpo.com or via the below upload option.

Gulf Print and Pack cannot accept responsibility for damage to stands/booths or loss of property on any stand or anywhere else at the exhibition, or during its delivery/removal from the building for any reason whatsoever. 

The organisers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties. 

The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining insurance protection for his exhibits, property and personnel against all risks as stated in the General Conditions. Equipment should be insured both in transit and on location at the exhibition site for the entire period of the exhibition.

Insurance cover should include:
▪ PLI (Public Liability Insurance to the value of US$2,000,000)
▪ Personal Injury
▪ Third Party Claims

If your coverage does not meet our regulations you can purchased this below (This service is only offered to exhibitors)

1.      while you are at the Show (including move in and move out dates) – Please refer to the ‘Schedule’ section in this portal
2.      for a coverage of at least $2,000,000; and
3.      that names Informa as an additional insured.

Equipment should be insured both in transit and on location at the exhibition site for the entire period of the exhibition.
