The official travel agent HotelMap are on hand to help with all accommodation.  They are able to provide exhibitors with competitive rates for both accommodation for the show.   

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
All Exhibitors & Contractors must adhere to and wear at all times during build-up & breakdown the minimum PPE requirements of:

• High visibility jackets 
• Closed toe shoes
• Solid soled shoes or boots

Security
The Organisers have arranged for 24 hour security guards to patrol the exhibition. However, exhibitors should remember that exhibition venues are vulnerable places and should take appropriate precautions against theft. 

Chalet, outdoor pavilion & space only stands:

If you are space only exhibitor and need carpet or flooring, please contact the furniture supplier directly for a quote for your stand.

First time exhibitor pods:

• Grey Carpet
• 2 x White Chairs
• 1 x Round Table
• 1x Reception Counter  
• 1 x Bar Stool

Show ready stand:

You can order flowers and plants to enhance the visual appeal of your stand.

Chalet:

Electricity is not included in chalets. Please place an order for your electricity requirements.

First time exhibitor pods:

• 1x long arm spotlight
• 1 x 3-pin 500 watt electrical socket per stand
• Mains Power Supply and consumption

You can order additional electricity for stand.

Outdoor Pavilion:

Electricity is not included in the outdoor pavilion. Please contact Paul with your generator requirements.

Show ready stand:

Please note that the Organiser (Tarsus) have no copyright responsibility in respect of any exhibiting company. Exhibitors are reminded that third party copyrights should not be infringed. Proper dispensation must be obtained and any royalties due paid prior to the use of materials. Should any copyright dispute arise, the Organiser (Tarsus) will not be liable for any resulting loss, or damages, sustained by any exhibitor or third party.

Indoor Exhibitors may not have generators or compressed air units on their stands.

We will arrange cleaning for the aisles and general areas in the hall.

Stand, chalet & pavilion cleaning is not included, but please order that from the official supplier.

If you have booked a Chalet, you will receive the following:

Chalet specifications/ interiors: 

Single unit double storey chalets  
Single exterior stairway from the static park 
Single internal staircase

The venue has food outlets located inside the halls.

You can also order catering to your stand by contacting the official supplier.

Please note that Dubai World Trade Centre is the only company permitted to provide food and beverage services within the exhibition hall. No external catering contractors are permitted.
