It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors, and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE. An accident onsite may prove costly; please make sure that you and/or your stand contractor has adequate insurance cover.
The minimum and mandatory PPE requirements are:

Space Only Stands / Stands Built by You
Electricity is NOT included in the space only stand package. Electrical mains & power supply requirement must be ordered through the official supplier – GES. The appointed stand contractors must have their own distribution board (DB) or may order separately with GES. Go to ‘Actions/Links’ below to order Space Only electrics from GES

During build-up, contractors and exhibitors are required to maintain good standards of housekeeping and not obstruct corridors or emergency exits. Combustible waste must not be permitted to build up in the halls and must be removed regularly to a suitable disposal area. Any uncontrolled dumping of waste outside the bins they are allocated for is forbidden.
