Exhibitors are not permitted to have their own generators or their own compressed air units on their stands.  

If compressed air is required, it must be ordered no later than the 21st of August 2026 through Matoshri. Please find their order form linked below 

Please note that due to the limited supply available in the hall, we recommend that you book compressed air by the deadline in order to avoid disappointment. 

We cannot guarantee that we will meet your exact requirements for orders issued after this date. 

The organizer has appointed a cleaning contractor to clean the passages and other areas in the exhibition halls, to collect waste from the waste baskets and to dispose of rubbish. 

If you need cleaning services for your stand, India Expo Mart can provide this service. Please download the order form and return no later than 22 October 2026. 

The hall gangways will be cleaned before the show opens and each evening.

If you would like to order alcohol for consumption or for your booth, it is essential to apply for a liquor license. 

Exhibitor badges 

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.  

The number of badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm).  

Additional exhibitor badges can be requested via marketing@loupe-global.com should you exceed your limit. 

You can enhance the visual impact of your stand by using audio-visual equipment. Our AV contractor Creative Events & Media Services can supply you with monitors, laptops and much more.
