To make your commitment to Better Stands and contribute to a more sustainable event, we request that your Space Only design be comprised of the following list of re-usable materials:

The GESS brand is going from strength to strength with events in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Africa as well as a host of digital offerings. Whether you’re exhibiting at one of our events or simply looking to raise awareness of your brand, we’ve got options to suit all budgets.
Event options include:
Shipping / deliveries / storage
Exhibitors and contractors are not permitted to use their company’s forklifts within the hall.
Our on-site logistics supplier are DSV, They can help with all your transport and lifting requirements. Please contact them directly using the details below.
To aid safer working practices, there will be no forklifts operating in the halls during the initial stages of breakdown until it is deemed safe by the organisers to do so. This is to ensure the safety of all those attending the exhibition.

Parking
The venue offers paid valet parking.

The charges are SAR 50+15% VAT.
Noise
The limitations of noise levels at the venues must follow local authority legal requirements. If these are exceeded, exhibitors are subject to a fine. Reasonable noise levels are considered as a maximum of 80dB.
Any excessive noise that forms a part of an activity at the venue must be advised two weeks in advance of the event so that suitable measures can be taken to protect staff from the potential harm of excessive noise.

You can download the GESS Saudi Arabia logo to use on your marketing materials - if you require another format (eps, png) please contact the marketing team. Use of the GESS Saudi Arabia logo should conform to the GESS brand guidelines which you can find out more about from the document below.
Internet / wifi
There is a public free WiFi Available at the hotel.
If you need faster and more secure internet connection for specific demonstrations at the stand and/or more electricity, we kindly advise to order additional wired or cabled connection/electricity, to guarantee a higher quality service and adequate technical support during the Convention.
Insurance
INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Your stand insurance is included as part of your participation contract (part of the admin fee). The insurance is activated upon payment of your contract which enables the benefit of the Extended Cover described below.
