Exhibitor Badge
All exhibitors at GESS Dubai need a badge to access the halls at GESS Dubai. You can register for your badges using our online badge form (Visit Platform) which can be accessed from the link below. (The registration link will go live 4-5 weeks prior to the event)
Exhibitor Passes for Build-up and Breakdown Access (Digital)
NEW: Mandatory DWTC Exhibitor Pass for Build-up & Breakdown
- Effective January 2026, all exhibitors accessing the hall during build-up and breakdown days must obtain a Digital Exhibitor Access Pass from DWTC, separate to the physical Exhibitor Badge for Open Days.
- DWTC-issued Exhibitor Access Pass costs AED 30 per build-up / breakdown day per person.
- Exhibitor Passes for Build and Breakdown access, Contractor and Vehicle Passes can be obtained from the DWTC-portal: Exhibitor, Supplier & Contractor Portal
- Exhibitors who need to enter the halls to carry out stand construction or troubleshooting activities beyond the timings above must obtain a contractor pass via the Contractor+ Portal.
Contractor Badges
DWTC has implemented a centralized system called Contractor Plus portal (Contractor+). Link can be found HERE.
Kindly note that all contractors must apply for their Contractor passes and Vehicle passes online. Contractor+ is an accreditation system that allows the Responsible Organisation (RO) to obtain digital contractor passes and vehicle passes online.
- All contractors’ companies will be able to register online with no limit on licences
- Users will be able to select and purchase either international, annual or daily contractor badges as well as vehicle passes with no limitation
- Payment will have to be completed online prior to assigning the contractors and accessing the Venue
- Payment receipts and tax invoices will be generated and sent by email once the payment is processed
- Users will be able to assign badges to their staff based on the approved managed staff details
- Users will be able to select the duration of the access, based on the official build-up and tear-down days
- Digital badges will display the registered photograph and access information
- For Exhibitions, all delivery trucks will be, by default, registered and directed to Al Warsan holding area
- The delivery dates will be programmed on the portal as per the official event build-up dates
- The contractor passes and vehicle passes will be scanned prior to entering the premises
Lead Retrieval
Options for lead retrieval are included in the show promotional packages which are outlined on your landing page. You can scan QR codes on attendees’ badges and instantly receive contact information as well as demographics collected during registration. You can add your questions, voice memos, photos and notes. Lead Insights
Lead Insights is Informa Connect's new and improved lead reporting and insights platform. Everyone will receive an unlimited lead retrieval insights license. The platform supports unlimited lead retrieval insights for each exhibitor and enhanced scoring, targeting and campaign reporting.
