If you require lifting and fork lifting services or information on delivery, transportation and removal of exhibits please contact the official contractor. 

The official on-site freight handler are GT Exhibitions Ltd & Airlink International and will be the only companies authorised to perform lifting and fork lifting in the hall. Stand build contractors and exhibitors will not be permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment. Any unauthorised lifting or access equipment will be removed from site.

Deliveries to Site 
Deliveries will not be accepted on-site before the following deadlines:

EFM/Buhariwala and Siddhartha Logistics are the two authorized official shipping, loading, and handling partners for Labelexpo India 2022. 

Use the official contractors and their partner network to ship materials door-to-door or from Delhi Airport. We recommend a door-to-door service for international shipments to simplify the customs processing.
