Exhibitors are requested to keep the noise level below 55 decibels on music systems, audiovisual displays, amplifiers, videos, display machinery, live demonstrations etc. and must not cause disturbance nor interfere with normal conversation on neighbouring stands and/or the public. Any excessive noise emitted within the venue must not be of a noise level that prevents you from hearing any emergency announcements.

In the case of a dispute, the organizers’ decision is always final.

Please note that the noise levels must be kept below 80 decibels and must be contained within your stand space and not cause annoyance to neighboring stands and / or the public. The organizer reserves the right to shut down any presentations or demonstrations should they deem the noise level is excessive of 80 dB.  

Sound systems & speakers must be positioned pointing inwards so that sound can be contained within the perimeter of the booth. Please note that crowds must not form within the aisles when presentations/demonstrations are given.

The limitations of noise levels at the venues must follow local authority legal requirements. If these are exceeded, exhibitors are subject to a fine. Reasonable noise levels are considered as a maximum of 80dB.

Any excessive noise that forms a part of an activity at the venue must be advised two weeks in advance of the event so that suitable measures can be taken to protect staff from the potential harm of excessive noise.

Exhibitors operating equipment during LOUPE Americas are required to comply with Section 1910-95, Occupational Noise Exposure of the Department of Safety and Health Administration Regulations.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all exhibitors and attendees noise levels must remain below 80 decibels and should not cause disturbance to neighbouring exhibitors or the public.  

In the event of a dispute regarding noise levels, the organizers’ decision is final.  

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the disconnection of stand power at the discretion of the organizers.  

Please ensure compliance to maintain a positive experience for all participants.
