Four Communications, the official PR agency for MEBAA Show, works closely with leading regional and international aerospace and trade publications to maximise media exposure for the event and its participants before, during, and after the show.

Exhibitor Co-Marketing 
Dedicated promotional campaigns highlighting your participation in the event can significantly increase visibility and drive greater return on investment. 

A range of marketing assets, including banners and email signatures, will be available for exhibitors to customise and share across their own marketing channels.

Announce Your Participation on Social Media 
Let your professional network know that you will be exhibiting at the event and invite them to visit your stand. 

You can share your participation across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter using the official event links provided on this page. 

Publicity Materials and Electronic Press Box 
Exhibitors are encouraged to share press releases, announcements, and other media materials with the official PR team.  

Please send your press materials to the Four Communications email address listed below. Approved materials will be shared with accredited media attending the show and across official media channels and the event website where appropriate. 

Exhibitors’ PR Agency Support 
If you are working with your own PR agency, they are welcome to request access to the registered media database. 

They may also submit press materials to the electronic press mailbox or arrange press conferences on your behalf. 

Please note: 

  • PR agency staff are not eligible for media badges 
  • They will not be granted access to the press centre 

All PR agency representatives must register as exhibitors or visitors. 

Media Centre 
The Media Centre will provide the following facilities for accredited media badge holders only: 

  • Media centre reception area 
  • Media office with Wi-Fi, laptops, internet access, and printers 
  • Media lounge with refreshments  

Media Badges 
Media badges are reserved exclusively for members of the press and editorial media, including: 

  • Publishers 
  • Editors 
  • Journalists 
  • Photographers 
  • Broadcasters 

Accreditation details must be provided during the registration process. 
Please note that non-editorial staff, including individuals working in sales, marketing, advertising, or PR agencies, do not qualify for media badges and must register as exhibitors or visitors. 

Distribution of Materials and Canvassing 
Exhibitors and their representatives are not permitted to display or distribute promotional materials outside the boundaries of their stand. 

This restriction also applies to gangways and surrounding public areas within the exhibition halls.
