It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to maintain their stand or pavilion and to make sure it is in a clean condition at all times.
The venue (RES) will clean the general communal area of the exhibition grounds, buildings and internal aisles during the show. The cleaning of exhibits is the exhibitor’s responsibility.
You can order stand cleaning through RES, please find their ordering website linked below.
During the build-up and breakdown period, exhibitors and their contractors are responsible for their waste materials. For health & safety reasons it is essential that all aisles are kept clear of rubbish and other obstructions at all times.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor and/or their contractor to identify their waste materials to the cleaners and to make arrangements with the official on-site freight handler to have crates and packing materials stored if they are required at the end of the exhibition.
RECYCLING
We are delighted to announce our partnership with Innovative Waste Strategies (IWS) with the support of Resource Label & RES to provide a sustainable end-of-life solution for the label matrix waste generated at LOUPE Americas 2026. The collected matrix waste will be transported to one of IWS’ material-processing partners in the Lakes region, where it will be repurposed as an ingredient in the production of alternative engineered fuel for cement kilns, replacing coal. This innovative approach ensures a 100% non-disposal solution by giving waste materials a new, beneficial purpose.
To maximize the amount of printed material processed through IWS, we kindly ask for your support during the event. Together, we can make a meaningful impact.
