Stands (built by you)
As a space only exhibitor, you have only hired the floor space. So you are responsible for providing everything within your specified space.
Stand construction regulations
Back walls
All structural back walls of neighbouring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 meters.
Sponsorship
Becoming a sponsor is a great way to maximize your brand’s exposure to your target market during a key buying cycle. We offer tailored solutions that are varied, cost-effective and impossible to miss.
Shipping / deliveries / storage
EFM/Buhariwala and Siddhartha Logistics are the two authorized official shipping, loading, and handling partners for Labelexpo India 2022.
Use the official contractors and their partner network to ship materials door-to-door or from Delhi Airport. We recommend a door-to-door service for international shipments to simplify the customs processing.

Parking
Labelexpo India will take place at India Expo Mart Halls 1,3,5,7.
There is plenty of free car parking at the venue.
Please enter through gates 11 and 12.
Noise
Noise levels must be kept below 80 decibels and must not cause annoyance to neighbouring exhibitors and/or the public.
In the case of a dispute, the organizer’s decision is always final.
Internet / wifi
There is no free Wi-Fi or internet at the event. Please order anything you need from our official supplier.
Insurance
Labelexpo India cannot accept responsibility for damage to stands or loss of property on any stand or anywhere else at the exhibition, or during its delivery/removal from the building for any reason whatsoever.
The organizers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties.
You should obtain insurance coverage for materials in transit to and from the venue and for the duration of the event.
Hotels
We have negotiated special rates with the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Greater Noida and the other hotels on HotelMap (our only official booking platform).
