Car Park and Drop-Off passes will be available for collection onsite from the Exhibitor Service Desks - date and time to be confirmed nearer the time.

Car Park Passes

• There are a number of different car parks available within the venue and prices are based on proximity to the main entrance.
• Parking passes must be displayed in the vehicle at all times.  
• You need to collect parking passes from the 'Exhibitor Service Desks' onsite before the show.

Drop Off (DO) passes - Valid for cars and buses

Cars

• This pass allows cars to drop people off at the 'Drop Off' point located outside the main entrance of the exhibition halls / registration area.
• Cars must display a drop-off pass + car park pass (Priority / Exhibitor) before parking. Alternatively, cars can display a drop-off pass only and park in the visitor car park free of charge.
• This pass does not allow for pick-up at the entrance. You will need to meet your car in the relevant car park on leaving. 
• You need to collect drop-off passes from the 'Exhibitor Service Desks' on-site before the show. 

Buses 

• This pass also allows buses to drop off at the designated bus drop off area and then park in the bus parking area (subject to displaying the correct vehicle passes).
• There is a bus drop-off area located opposite the main entrance across the road and interlock paving.
• Once your bus has dropped off passengers, it can park in the bus parking area.
• You cannot pick up from the main entrance - The bus parking area is also the 'pick-up zone', where your passengers can find the bus when they leave the show. 
• You need to collect drop-off passes from the 'Exhibitor Service Desks' on-site before the show. 

Shuttle Buses / Park & Ride (FREE)

• During show open days, RTA buses will run from EXPO Metro Station on a continuous loop to and from the Dubai Airshow Site. Timings to be confirmed.
• Complimentary hotel shuttle buses will be announced soon.
• Shuttle buses will also run from the free parking area at Al Maktoum Airport to Dubai Airshow, on a loop from 08:00hrs.
• New Park & Ride options available for Dubai Airshow access. Details to follow.

Visitor parking

• There is a free visitor parking at the venue on a first come, first served basis and will open at 09:00 AM.

Drop Off and Car Parking areas will be signposted to assist with direction.

Prices

• $510+ VAT - Priority car park pass
• $395 + VAT - Exhibitor car park pass
• $160 + VAT - Contractor car park pass
• $460 + VAT - Drop-off pass (Valid on cars and buses)

To purchase car park and drop-off passes, please proceed to the 'Badges/ Lead retrieval' section. Prices shown are for one vehicle pass only and valid for the duration of the event. Then collect your passes on-site.
