Food and Beverage Disclaimer

Any client wishing to use an outsourced caterer or supplier for providing food and beverage waives and releases any rights, actions, or claims against The Arena, its subsidiaries and affiliates, for any liabilities and damages, including illness, food-borne illness, and death, arising out of or in connection with the client’s use or consumption of any food and beverage or products provided by any catering service provider.

Note: Catering can be sourced from the venue as well.

Rosemont Catering by Aramark is the exclusive caterer to the Convention Center. They must provide all food and beverage provided in the center.

Catering must be ordered through Aramark Catering via the RES ordering website linked below. 

Lunch and Coffee Vouchers:

Discounted lunch and coffee vouchers are available for pre-purchase online before the event. Vouchers can be picked up onsite at registration and redeemed at delicious food vendors, located in the show's Bistro area.

Lunch Voucher:
$10 when pre-purchased online or onsite

Coffee Voucher:
$2.50 when purchased online or onsite

Vouchers can be pre-purchased when registering for your badges in the Visit Connect Dashboard. 

The venue has several food outlets located outside of the halls. These outlets will be open from 08:00 hrs –22.30 hrs.

DWTC holds the exclusive rights to all catering services within the complex. As per Dubai Municipality’s Hygiene and Food Safety regulations, they do not allow any food or beverage to be brought onto the premises from external sources.

Venue holds the exclusive rights to all catering services within the complex. As per the Hygiene and Food Safety regulations, they do not allow any food or beverages to be brought into the premises from external sources.

This rule applies to all items meant for consumption on the premises, as well as giveaways that will be handed over at the venue and consumed outside. There are numerous food and beverage options available as well as a full catering service for events and functions. Please contact the operations team below:
