Exhibitor Badges
All exhibitors at GESS Asia need a badge to access the halls at GESS Asia. You can order your badges using our online badge form this can be accessed on the link below. 

Contractor Badges 
Contractors can only access the halls during the show open days if they have been asked to go to a stand for urgent health and safety reasons. All other work must be carried out when the show is not open. For further details of where to collect your badge and the type of contractor badges available download the document below.

Registering Your Team in the Visit Connect Dashboard

Exhibitor Badges/Registration:

In order to receive a badge, you must register yourself and each staff member using a unique email address.

Please use the button at the bottom of the page to register:

1. Click Register My Team

2. Click Team from the menu on the left

3. Click Add staff to begin registration

Exhibitor badges

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.

The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).

Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered on the badge portal, please find your access link below.

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.

Contractor badges - please fill out the contractor details form in the section Stands (build by you), contractor badges can then be collected by your contractor onsite.

In order to receive a badge, you must register yourself and each staff member using a unique email address.

Badges will be print-at-home for this event. 
You have the option to register your staff or to invite them to register themselves.  To register, you will need a unique email, and a unique cell phone number. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to print your badge at home.

You will automatically have a certain number of lead retrieval app licenses as part of your show package. You can increase the number you have either by upgrading your package or simply ordering more licenses.
